Hours: 40 hours, flex times

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing and maintaining flow of various types of Contracts from start to finish for compliance purposes. 
  • Maintaining files in various applications such as EAM by Hexagon, Documentum, Captiva, and a client facing portal, and Excel Spreadsheets. 
  • Monitoring of compliance, review, and approval of certain contracts, W-9s and associated Certificates of Insurance. 
  • Servicing and communicating with corporate and terminal colleagues, customers, vendors, accessors and service providers via phone calls, Teams Video conferencing and emails. 
  • Working closely with Legal, Procurement and Safety regarding compliance. 
  • Training and support for colleagues involved in these processes. 
  • Strong involvement in contractor compliance and ISNetworld process. 
  • Monitoring flow of variance requests from contractors. Reviewing daily updates from ISN on contractor grade changes and updating contractor profiles in EAM.
  • Managing the Risk Shared Mailbox by processing all communication/requests. 
  • Any additional duties or projects as assigned by the Director of Risk Management. 


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree preferred 
  • At least 1 Year of Insurance and/or Risk Management experience preferred. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration/general office duties 
  • Knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of risk management.

  • Communication skills -clear and concise written and oral communications, written expression 
  • Problem solving skills - handling unexpected obligations. 
  • High organization skills  
  • Flexible, positive, can-do attitude. 
  • Ability to work autonomously when required. 
  • Computer Software Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (especially Excel and Teams), Adobe Pro 
  • Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 
  • Occasional travel may be necessary, sometimes with little or no advance notice.
