Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager to help lead a team and provide excellent service to homebuyers. 


Our client is a diversified real estate developer and builder with expertise in land acquisition, homebuilding, community design, entitlements and office, R&D and retail development. They have committed over $1.5 Billion in investments since inception and has successfully entitled over 5,000 residential lots.

Duties, Responsibilities and Conduct:

  • Complete quality control inspections on all homes and create detailed punch lists
  • Detailed eye for construction quality required
  • Desire to satisfy all customers
  • Train Customer Reps
  • Walk and Inspect homes
  • Likeable personality that enjoys people
  • Capable of prioritizing outstanding work orders and multi-tasking to meet deadlines
  • Good communicator, both electronically and in-person
  • Capable of organizing and supervising trades
  • Always acts in a professional and ethical manner
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with the team, subcontractors, and material suppliers
  • Other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required with at least 5 years of experience with homebuilding customer service
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to utilize smart phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Home owner Orientation experience 
  • Warranty experience 
  • Works effectively in high pressure situations
  • Team player ready to perform other duties, as assigned
