Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EHS Document Control Coordinator to support our Environmental, Health & Safety department. This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative, clerical, and coordination duties, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of safety records and documentation across the facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and bring a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other Document Control Coordinators (DCCs) to ensure consistency across departments.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for training and compliance tracking.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, OneNote, Visio) to support documentation and reporting needs.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical file retention systems.
  • Track and manage data from daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
  • Assist with preparation of agendas and materials for EHS Steering Committee meetings.
  • Support the creation of monthly safety meetings and weekly safety bulletins.
  • Submit work orders and create purchase requisitions using GPMate.
  • Receive, distribute, and organize incoming mail and internal materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee safety training and emergency response records.
  • Process and revise controlled documents in alignment with Management of Change (MOC) requests and track revision history.
  • Act as a meeting scribe when assigned and generate detailed reports and correspondence.
  • Maintain and operate general office equipment and manage office supply inventory.
  • Participate in internal committees and cross-functional support efforts.
  • Manage MOC, Incident Report, and Training Databases, and generate reports as needed for leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to team members in coordination with IT, HR, and other departments.
  • Monitor and address uniform changes or requests.
  • Review open incident reports and ensure proper follow-up.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
  • Associate degree or 2-year technical degree
  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant environment
