The Document Control Clerk is a contract position hired to work under Client"s technical direction, policies, and procedures.
Role Description:
- Take internal/external meeting notes and route for internal review/comments prior to issuance. Make distribution.
- Use Teams filing system and be able to administrate/provide access, develop and maintain folder hierarchy for projects i.e. General folders, Project folders, Procurement Folders, Engineering Folders, Construction folders.
- Set up meetings in Teams
- Develop and maintain Project contact list
- Develop and maintain Document Matrix
- Maintain vacation schedule for all project team members and post to Teams.
- Be able to download client documents from client drop box and enter into Teams. Maintain log of all client documents on hand.
Knowledgeable of standard business control procedures and practices
