Electrical-Mechanical Site/Field Construction Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor Contractor's construction work for compliance with contractual requirements and applicable permits, laws, and regulations.
- Attend project review meetings and provide support to the Construction Manager in managing Contractor work and resolving issues arising therefrom.
- Be capable of reviewing the design and monitoring construction works related Photovoltaic (PV)/ Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects electrical/mechanical works and equipment.
- Responsible for direct management and oversight of Photovoltaic (PV) solar utility-scale projects
- Oversee and track budget delivery, scheduling, change orders, purchase orders, to successfully provide internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships between the customers and subcontractors.
- Provide visibility to the ROM and direction to the site, project engineers, supply chain and installation personnel.
- Responsible for managing budge and schedule of goals on the project from project inception through close-out.
- Perform forecasting for projects to minimize negative impact on the company.
Qualifications
* Bachelor in Electrical Engineering/Construction or Civil Engineering or related field.
* PE or ability for PE license is a plus
* Knowledge of low, medium, and high voltage systems, transmission, overhead lines, and substations. Civil construction knowledge is a plus.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience
* Minimum of 6 years of Construction Management experience
* Expert in construction supervision and design of large renewable energy projects

PMP Certification
Pay rate: 43-57/hr. (Depending on experience)
