We are actively seeking an experienced Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent to oversee field operations on high-profile energy infrastructure projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations for transmission and substation construction projects

Supervise subcontractors and ensure alignment with project schedules and contract requirements

Oversee installation of high-voltage transmission lines, structures, substations, and related systems

Drive jobsite safety by enforcing protocols and reviewing PTAs, TSOs, and safety documentation

Coordinate with project management, engineering, QA/QC, and clients to ensure seamless execution

Track project progress, productivity, and material usage

Review drawings, RFIs, and ensure latest revisions are implemented in the field

Conduct inspections, develop punch lists, and support system testing and commissioning

Maintain accurate daily reports and photo documentation

Qualifications

Strong experience in T&D construction, including transmission lines and substations

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews on complex projects

Solid understanding of construction scheduling, safety compliance, and QA/QC processes

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (structural, electrical, P&IDs)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel regionally as needed
