  1. Calendar & Schedule Management -
    1. Manage scheduling and optimizing appointments, looking out weeks to a month to ensure conflicts are managed proactively.  Work to lay out the full year travel plans to sites, corporate requirements, etc.
    2. Travel arrangements - booking needed transportation, flights, hotels and ensuring everything is in the diary and coordinated with any traveling partners.
    3. Actively manage the calendar - Meeting times, attendees, time for lunch, time to think.
  1. Communication & Documentation -
    1. Organizing key emails and pre-read information into One Note to structure materials needed for meetings each week.  Ensure the right people are attending scheduled meetings.
    2. Organizing and maintaining digital information.
    3. Monitor LinkedIn profile and manage postings.
    4. Work with coms team for speeches and communications.
  1. Industry Specific
    1. Keep abreast of news related to industry; safety or industry incidents.
    2. Work with key stakeholders for preparing necessary correspondence.
