Executive Support Technician
We're looking for an experienced Executive Support Technician to be the “face of IT” and deliver high-touch, VIP technical support to onsite users and executive leadership. This role requires strong Tier 1–2 troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to solve complex issues across hardware, software, mobile devices, and Microsoft/Apple environments.
What You'll Do:
- Provide onsite support for executives, special events, board meetings, and webinars.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage deployments, migrations, and break-fix needs.
- Support device management platforms (Intune, Azure, O365, Windows/Mac/iOS/Android).
- Partner with security/network teams, maintain documentation, and recommend process improvements.
- Offer occasional after-hours/on-call support.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of IT support experience; degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, device management, endpoint security, and IT general practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for users.
- Experience with conference room technologies (Logitech/Webex).
- Bonus: ITSM experience (ServiceNow), ITIL processes, basic PowerShell.
