Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive person with a strong background in facilities management, vendor coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and hands-on expertise to ensure our workspaces are safe, functional, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and space planning.
2. Coordinate and supervise external vendors and service providers.
3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
4. Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
5. Track and report on facility-related budgets, expenses, and KPIs.
6. Lead or support facility-related projects such as renovations, relocations, or upgrades.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies and after-hours issues.

Required Qualifications
1. 5-10 years of experience in facilities coordination, building operations, or property management.
2. Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements.
3. Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
4. Certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing ect preferred, but not required.
5. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
6. Proficiency in facility management software preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
