Key Responsibilities:


· Team Leadership & Supervision:

o Supervise and support HSSE staff on all shifts

o Act as the primary point of contact between site management and HSSE staff

o Lead by example by maintaining a strong work ethic and professionalism


· Scheduling & Staffing:

o Create and maintain weekly and monthly staff schedules

o Ensure adequate coverage for all posts, including managing call-offs and last-minute changes

o Monitor overtime and staffing efficiency


· Training & Development:

o Assist in developing and updating post-specific training manuals and procedures

o Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching for current staff

o Ensure all team members understand site protocols, emergency procedures, and expectations


· Employee Relations & Counseling:

o Counsel employees on performance, attendance, and conduct issues

o Document incidents and maintain accurate employee records

o Provide constructive feedback and support professional development


· Inventory & Supply Management:

o Order uniforms, equipment, and site-specific supplies as needed

o Maintain accurate inventory records

o Conduct regular audits to ensure all equipment is accounted for and in working condition


· Operations & Compliance:

o Ensure all HSSE procedures and policies are followed

o Prepare reports on incidents, daily activities, and operational issues

o Maintain compliance with company standards and client requirements
