Rental Equipment Coordinator
Ensure that all Hiring/Staffing Plans are finalized and distributed to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure that all Rental Equipment Plans are finalized and distributed to the appropriate personnel.
Keep the baseline counts set in the Hiring Plan; use a separate tab to track updates.
Coordinate the daily Force Report effort; ensure reporting is accurate and complete.
Provide immediate follow-up and feedback on daily headcount discrepancies.
Produce the Manpower Curve from the Hiring Plan and include it with the daily Leadership Staff Report.
Review and incorporate daily changes to the plans, as well as the overtime (OT) approval process.
Review rental equipment forms for rental equipment not included in the plan for approval.
Update the Hiring Plans at Forecast to reflect the remaining actual hours/counts.
Ensure that all changes and updates are properly communicated to the TAR Team.
Maintain the breakdown of personnel and rental equipment for entire plans.
