Job Description: 
Our client is looking for a IEC designer with a background working inside plants to have a great understanding of the day to day operations of the client. This candidate will be responsible for verifying what is in the plant and making sure it is put into the design correctly. This position will be very hands on and a sufficient candidate will have a background in management, be able to take ownership in their work and strive to make them and everyone around them better. Priority of strength is in instrumentation first with no priority for Electrical and Controls.

Minimum Experience: 
  • 5+ years using Microstation (Bentley Suite) preferred, would consider AutoCAD experience. 
  • 5+ years of managing IEC Design - Brownfield design required, greenfield preferred. 
  • I&E&C design experience from an owner's perspective (inside plant experience)

Location: Bay City, TX
Contract to hire: 1 year+
