Job Title: Implementation Analyst (Power BI)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Implementation Analyst with a strong background in Power BI to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful data visualizations and dashboards throughout the client project lifecycle.

Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you'll play a key role in translating complex business requirements into compelling, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain robust data models and perform ETL processes across diverse data sources
• Create advanced calculations using DAX to support complex reporting requirements
• Implement row-level security and manage access to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights
• Deliver training and support to clients and internal users on Power BI solutions
• Monitor and optimize the performance of dashboards and data pipelines to ensure efficiency and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop
• Advanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Solid experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation

Analytical Abilities:

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address data challenges quickly and effectively

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven collaboration in team environments involving business analysts, engineers, and developers
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time
