Job Title: Instructional Design Specialist
Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00- 31.00 (Depending on Experience)
Address: 3000 N. Sam Houston Parkway E., Houston TX, 77032
Length of Assignment: 60 Days (Temp to hire)
Environment: Role is mostly remote, but candidate must be local for needed office visits
Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement, and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups.
Job Duties:
- Intermediate to Expert Skill in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
- Multimedia Development (Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Adobe Creative cloud.)
- Design and Develop courses using the ADDIE methodology.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3-5 years minimum of Instructional Design or related skills
- Ability to Interpret and organize complex topics visually and written (Instructional Design)
- Ability to coordinate with SMEs to ensure the course is up to par.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with sense of urgency (Project Management)
- Ability to create curriculum in a variety of modalities (eLearning, Virtual, Instructor Led, job aids, etc.)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in Instructional Design Interviews will be Video Conference
