Location: Big Spring, TX
Duration: 6 - 12 Month Contract

Work Schedule: M-F 6am - 4:30pm (10 hour days)
- Work and communicate closely with the Materials Coordinator.
- Consult with the Materials Coordinator, Planners, the Scheduler, and Warehouse Supervisor to determine the timing of building KITs.
- KIT materials and store KITs per Warehouse Supervisor direction and KITTING process.
- Transport KITs to appropriate staging locations when directed.
- Prepare and release KITs as they are requested.
- Are in contact with the Materials Coordinator and the Scheduler and are aware of the upcoming week's intended schedule.
- Monitor KIT releases per schedule of work; report KITs not released to and retrieved by Maintenance per the schedule of work to Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assigns warehouse real estate to house the outputs of the KITTING process.
- Assists Warehouse Personnel, Materials Coordinator, Planners, and the Scheduler to determine the most strategic and thoughtful timing of the building of KITs.
- Develops the KITTING tracking system to include but not be limited to:
- KIT identification: work order number and Planner's name (and other identifier as provided: shop, field, Craft, etc.).
- KIT storage location and date of storage.
- KIT release date, delivery location, and receiver of the KIT.
- KITs not released per schedule of work.
- KIT aging and reminder system.
- Develops a process to manage surplus material into the KITTING process.
- Directs and monitors Warehouse Personnel in application of the KITTING process.
