Land Surveying Manager - San Diego, CA
We are seeking a professional land surveyor to supervise the technical staff; help manage office and field workload and support the principal in charge.
Responsibilities:
- Work with all types of survey research, calculations.
- Drafting of Topographic maps and plats
- Any land for deeds, leases and any other type of legal documents in accordance with any local, state or federal requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Professional Land Surveyor Registration in the state of California or the ability to transfer from another state as soon as possible.
- Mapping experience required.
- Must be proficient with Total Stations, GPS receivers and data collectors, and GPS reduction software's.
- AutoCAD is a Must
- TBC Preferred
- Proficient in monumentation and staking
