• Maintains resource capacities in Primavera
• Schedule for 100% utilization of resources
• Ensures upcoming Preventive work is schedule first to comply with due dates and Corrective work priority as necessary
• Perform daily resource levelling in Primavera
• Conducts the weekly preliminary and daily schedule with OMC, Maintenance Team Leader and Contractors 
• Produce the 2 weeks levelled/final Preventive and Corrective schedule
  1. P6 Crafts Reports
  2. P6 OMC / Operator Report
• Produce the weekly Maintenance Effectiveness Report (Schedule Attainment)
• Provide the Preventive Maintenance 3-month look-ahead schedule
• Produce and publish schedule daily updates
• Produce the resource assignment report weekly
• Primavera Super user. Supports P6 users and creates new user profiles in P6

• Maintain good communication -

1. (The success of a workable weekly schedule is dependent on good communication. This requires the Team Leaders, OMC, and the Master Scheduler to be in close touch with one another for coordination and changes to the schedule). 

• Schedule within the ME Process weekly.
  1. Preventive schedule.
  2. Corrective schedule.

• Produce the weekly combined Preventive and Corrective schedules for the Refinery.
• Manage the Preventive and Corrective Schedule.

• Must have the minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Knowledge in Primavera P6.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Good computer skills.
• Must have organizational skills / multitasking.
• Planning skills.
• Must be able to see the big picture.
• Communication skills.
