Location: Aiken, SC *Per Diem Available
Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving, inspection, storage, and transfer of all materials and equipment for client projects.
- Supervise the Field Materials Coordinator, providing guidance, mentorship, and development support.
- Analyze and present material status reports to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Advise the Procurement team of any developments affecting project cost, schedule, or client relationships.
- Coordinate delivery schedules between the job site and procurement team.
- Oversee the receiving process for all incoming materials and equipment.
- Implement and manage all project materials reporting processes, including Material Receiving Reports (MRR) and Over, Short, and Damaged reports (OS&D).
- Perform inspections of all materials delivered to the project site.
- Develop and maintain site logistics plans, warehouse facilities, and laydown yards.
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of all materials and equipment as per project contract requirements.
- Assist the Quality Assurance/Quality Control manager with preventive maintenance and record-keeping.
- Oversee the transfer of materials and equipment custody to designated subcontractors at the project site.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
