PCMS Coordinator
- Knowledge and experience working with Plant Condition Management Software (PCMS) and AutoCAD
- Provide technical oversight and second-level review of inspection findings and recommendations, asset strategy adjustments, and interpretation of inspection data in regards to RBI damage mechanism inspection effectiveness
- Provide reviews of pressure vessel asset strategies for the facility, including the use of quantitative RBI (API 581 Risk Based Methodology).
- Work directly with the Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineering and Inspection Departments to help develop the inspection scope for fixed equipment in regards to RBI damage mechanisms.
- Provide technical analysis of data, damage mechanisms, and equipment/piping reliability inspection plans.
- Assist as needed to analyze data, calculate corrosion rates, assess risk, and predict end of life for piping, pressure vessels, and tanks.
- Work directly with the Fixed Equipment Reliability Inspection Departments to help update PCMS RBI damage mechanisms and inspection strategies.
- Read and fully understand P&ID's and other documents which describe the scope of work to be done
- Accurately modify existing or create new electronic CAD drawings based on marked up documents
