Document Control/PSI Coordinator - Onsite

Responsibilities: 
Site Champion

  • Continue the on-going 'gap closures' through leading contractors in the PSI deliverables.
  • Lead two meetings per year on status updates on the 'gap closures' and any updates to the assigned project. 

PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) Binder builds

  • Each year several of the refinery operating units go through a detailed 'hazard review'.  That review requires a set of PSI document to be organized and built for the team to work through.
  •  Must coordinate with contractors, engineers, operators and maintenance groups in the build and review of unit PHA binder.

Owner of our ePSI website

  • Responsible for the PSI document uploads, accuracy and maintenance of the ePSI website.
  • Owns a certain portion of PSI documentation databases including:  Critical Process Variables (CPV's), Not to Exceed (NTE's), Process Chemistry, and Maximum Inventories.

Document Controls Coordinator

  • Owns the site's Engineering Webpage and Engineering Sharepoint site.
  • Responsible for uploading documents (specifically Decision Support Packages and Construction Work Packages) and maintaining links to said web pages.
  • Ensuring Engineering documents are transmitted timely and appropriately to the staff or Contractor field service organizations (i.e. construction or supply chain).

Records retention
  • Ensure equipment files and drawings are organized and loaded into appropriate databases.  The site is going through a library transition from an older 'Document Librarian' to a modern 'OpenText' library.
  • The chosen candidate will be our lead for this team during the transition.
  • Coordinate with on-site drafting contractor to maintain and update the office layout drawings.
