Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of a variety of project types, including Design-Only, Engineer Procure Construct (EPC), Construction Management, Construction, and Program Management. Responsibilities include managing project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, risk, suppliers, and client relationships. The role requires leadership from project inception to completion, including guidance to other team members when necessary. The Project Manager ensures that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Establish and manage project teams, coordinating the activities of various disciplines.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs.
- Serve as the primary client contact for coordination, strategic planning, and project staffing.
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders, including negotiation and approval.
- Conduct internal and external risk reviews, ensuring alignment with Risk Department standards.
- Generate new business revenue by leveraging and building client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, ideally within industries such as aviation, energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, transmission & distribution, or water.
- Proven ability to manage construction projects, including program management and site execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with document control, scheduling, and project management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
