We are seeking a Project Manager with Data Center experience for an industry leading general contractor on the West Coast, who have worked with very prominent companies.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all deliverables that is prepared by the team before client submission
- Select and coordinate with our subcontractors working on all the different phase of the job
- Able to manage and budget monthly financial goals as well as meeting project schedules
- Ability to identify the elements of the projects and what can cause risk to the projects
- Manage the day-to-day and be able to identify resources and assign team responsibilities
Qualifications:
- 8 years or more experience managing Data center projects
- BA degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering
- Ability to manage diverse personalities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Software with Preferred knowledge: Bluebeam, Timberscan, Timberline and P6
Work Environment:
- Onsite
Salary/Compensation:
- $150-$160K
