Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their Electrification Services division supporting the Western Region. In this role, you will concurrently lead the execution of multiple medium-sized projects (typically ranging from $75K–$150K). You will be responsible for ensuring all project activities are executed in accordance with established procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and performance targets. This position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional project team members to meet technical requirements, deliver contractual obligations, and achieve committed project outcomes.
This role is open to remote candidates, with a preference for those located in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams by defining execution strategies and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities for both internal and external resources to achieve all project objectives
- Monitor and control project schedules, resource utilization, and financial performance
- Identify, assess, quantify, and manage project risks while ensuring opportunities are proactively identified and pursued
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract closeout, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with contractual requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, business, or a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- 3–5 years of industry-related experience (electrification, utilities, data centers, or similar sectors)
- Strong ability to interface with customers and build effective relationships with stakeholders and leadership
- PMP certification preferred
- Candidates must already possess work authorization permitting employment in the United States
