Position Overview:

Manage and update project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6, with activity counts ranging from 20 to 200. Collaborate simultaneously with 5-6 project managers to support initiatives across various stages of planning and execution. Maintain resource loading and ensure accuracy within the schedules. Conduct quality assurance reviews of project controls outputs.

Analyze and align schedules with financial data to confirm consistency in project timelines. Communicate effectively regarding the technical progress of infrastructure projects involving transmission lines, substations, and/or telecom systems. Consolidate and analyze scheduling data using Excel tools such as formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited institution.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (2-5 years), Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.

- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.

- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
