PTS Advance is seeking to hire a QA Complaint Specialist I for one of our clients who are a pharmaceutical manufacturer in San Diego, CA


In this role, you will be responsible for independently conducting investigations into assay-related complaints, leading CAPA investigations, and maintaining laboratory equipment. You will also run assays to confirm/investigate customer complaints and support QA Validation studies. This is a contract opportunity. 

 

What you'll do:

  • The QA Complaint Specialist I independently conducts investigations into NAT assay-related complaints, leads CAPA investigations, and performs work related to their area of expertise.
  • This role also maintains laboratory equipment and runs Panther assays to confirm/investigate customer complaints, supports QA validation studies, and performs data analysis of test results
  • QA review of complaints
  • Responsible for running assays to confirm/investigate customer complaints and supports QA validation studies

 

What you'll need:

  • Experienced writing skills, including independently writing investigation reports
  • Basic SAP/Salesforce experience
  • 10% of the time will be lab work
  • General Chemistry lab work
  • Experience with Panther
  • Basic skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Statistical Software
