Job Description: This role involves analyzing, preparing, reviewing, and interpreting various agreements and documents related to land and right of way. Responsibilities include conducting rights and restriction reviews, researching real property documents, interpreting easement agreements, supporting data translation into stakeholder management databases, conducting quality assurance reviews, compiling technical data for project teams, and providing support to various stakeholders. Additionally, attending public open houses and meeting client needs are part of the job. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and task tracking software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse skill sets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Client-focused team player
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects
  • Preferred experience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings
  • Designation from IRWA preferred
  • Valid driver's license with qualification for the company's vehicle driving privileges
