The facility consists of one large Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) hydrogen plant with a Steam Turbine Generator (STG). The site produces compressed H2 which is transported via pipeline to local customers.
Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Safety performance, reduction of recordable injuries, BSP compliance and process safety management
- Achieving environmental compliance targets
- Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Carson site, including supervising operators and maintenance technicians
- Provide support to SoCal pipeline system
- Work daily with SoCal Account Manager on customer requirements
- Maintain strong relationship with customer
- Oversight of customer billing and natural gas nomination activities
- Handle plant budget
- Work with HYCO Site Services group for Projects and Turnaround Planning

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, but not required
- Strong manufacturing/production background and experience
