Job Description:
As the Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of the plant's critical rotating equipment. You will need a strong background in mechanical engineering, maintenance, and reliability management. Other tasks will be below. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective Reliability and Capability Life Plans for all rotating plant equipment assets.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Planners to align preventive and predictive maintenance work orders with equipment maintenance strategies.
- Support Business Excellence initiatives and ensure cross-functional participation.
- Drive the implementation of the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) business process, including criticality analysis and maintenance strategies.
- Identify, assess, document, and mitigate major rotating equipment risks in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for rotating equipment incidents, hazards, and near misses.
- Conduct engineering statistical reliability studies based on risk assessments and corrective maintenance history.
- Ensure compliance with relevant external statutory regulations and internal plant and engineering standards.
- Contribute to larger Management of Change (MOC) initiatives and capital expenditure (Capex) projects.
- Maintain compliance with Company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Performance Standards and relevant acts and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in petrochemical manufacturing, power generation, or a similar heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of rotating plant equipment, materials, failure mechanisms, fabrication, and repair processes.
- Technical competence in managing rotating equipment, including rotor dynamics, performance monitoring, compressible flow principles, lubrication management, condition monitoring, and reliability benchmarks.
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, and Turnaround management systems.
- Experience in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
