JOB SUMMARY
The Sr HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous
improvement of the UKG Pro WFM platform, serving as the primary technical owner and subject
matter expert while ensuring system stability, data integrity, security, and alignment with
enterprise business requirements. This role leads UKG Pro WFM system administration,
configuration management, integrations, testing, release support, and process optimization,
while providing technical leadership, administration, and ongoing support for SAP
SuccessFactors Employee Central (HRIS) and related HR systems. The ideal candidate is highly
self-directed, technically strong, and capable of independently improving the driving system and
delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the primary technical owner and system administrator for UKG Pro WFM, providing
strategic administration, advanced configuration, platform optimization, user setup, access
management, technical support, and ongoing system enhancements to support evolving
business needs.
• Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM system components including pay codes, work rules,
accrual profiles, Genies, Hyperfinds, navigation profiles, organizational mappings, and
workforce management configurations.
• Lead the configuration and optimization of UKG Pro WFM to support workforce
management, scheduling, timekeeping, labor rules, and evolving business requirements.
• Manage UKG Pro WFM security roles, permissions, manager visibility, and access controls in
accordance with governance standards.
• Provide administration and configuration support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central,
including business rules, workflows, data models, and system configuration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between UKG Pro WFM, SuccessFactors Employee
Central, payroll, identity management, and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, interfaces, data feeds, and replication processes to ensure timely
and accurate processing across HR technology platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of system issues, configuration defects,
interface failures, and data discrepancies across UKG Pro WFM and integrated HR systems.
• Support system upgrades, patches, feature releases, regression testing, and production
deployments across UKG Pro WFM, SuccessFactors, and related technologies.
• Develop, execute, and document test plans using Test Assure or similar tools to validate
system changes, enhancements, and integrations.
• Create and maintain system documentation including configurations, procedures, support
guides, and change records.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver
scalable technical solutions.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance system reliability,
automation, governance, controls, and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities across HR systems
to enhance operational efficiency, improve data quality, streamline processes, and support
informed business decision-making.
• Manage multiple priorities independently while providing responsive, high-quality support
to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, functional partners, and leaders across all
levels of the organization.
• Proactively create and maintain SOPs for processes for which they are the primary owner,
reducing single points of failure and improving operational continuity.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent
experience)
• 6+ years of progressive HRIS systems experience
• Advanced experience administering and configuring UKG Pro WFM, including workforce
management configuration, security, scheduling, and timekeeping functionality.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration, configuration,
and ongoing system maintenance.
• Experience with integrations, data replication, interfaces, and enterprise system
connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with security administration, role-based permissions, and data
governance controls.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, testing cycles, and production releases.
• Experience with testing tools such as Test Assure preferred.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
• Advanced technical expertise in UKG Pro WFM administration, configuration,
troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across UKG Pro WFM and
integrated HR systems.
• Advanced understanding of HRIS platforms, system configuration, integrations, and data
structures.
• Understanding of emerging AI-enabled capabilities within enterprise HR technology
platforms and the ability to evaluate and apply them to improve business processes, system
administration, and user experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical
audiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive issues to completion.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, governance, and control
standards.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams, business partners, and external vendors.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and a continuous improvement focus.
• Strong documentation, testing, and change management discipline.
