Turnaround Material Coordinator- 
Material Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing the laydown area for turnaround, tracking BOM's received from planning, and working with procurement to fill BOM's for T/A execution.  Material Coordinator is responsible for managing expeditors, consignment material inventories, and ensuring all material is received and organized to execute the turnaround.

Qualifications
*    Computer literate MS Office and Excel.
*    Ability to learn new systems and computer platforms.
*    Experience with SAP is highly recommended.
*    Knowledge of material found in industrial environments
*    Forklift certified
*    Over 5 years of Material Management experience, ideally in a Refinery or other applicable heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities
*    Track BOM's upon receipt and assign SAP Material Master numbers to BOM components
*    Progress BOM's through approval stages
*    Participate in weekly meetings/discussions with procurement, planning, engineering, & inspection
*    Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and suppliers to ensure adequate support is available for larger items.
*    Provide MTRS and documents to warehouse
*    During execution, touch base with suppliers daily regarding status of items and ETA's
*    Obtain quotes for BOM's when needed
*    Identify and verify consigned materials on BOM
*    Follow up on work-list BOM status - Communicate with planners and procurement to ensure all materials are being captured.
*    Update materials reports daily during execution
*    Receive, Inventory, and distribute materials by WO / Job number
