Overview:
The Talent Sourcer serves as a strategic partner to Executive Recruiting, responsible for building and engaging high-caliber leadership pipelines aligned to current and future business priorities. This role integrates market intelligence, proactive talent mapping, and consultative candidate engagement to support complex, high-impact searches while strengthening candidate slates and delivering a consistent, executive-level candidate experience.

Qualifications:
*    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
*    4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required
*    Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
*    Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related fields preferred
*    Experience supporting high volume roles preferred
