Our Client is a leading Industrial Construction and Mechanical Services company in the West providing fabrication, construction, maintenance and turnaround services to the petroleum refining and processing and pipeline and products distribution industries
This person will be responsible for:
- Complete timesheet entries that comply with contract terms
- Spot problems and look for timesheet errors
- Monitor in/out gate activity for all contractors on site
- Generate daily reports to monitor manpower
- Assist with cost downloads on the SAP system
- Notice problems (i.e. if there are 5 foremen and 1 laborer, etc).
- Ensure that times are coded correctly
- Ensure that time is entered in timely fashion so that costs can be assessed on a daily basis
- Timekeeping experience required
- Refinery or similar industrial outage experience required
- Well organized
- Attentive to detail
- Good data entry skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
