Administrative Assistant (Supply Chain)
Location: Downtown Houston TX
Pay Range: $20.00-$22.75 per hour (depending on experience)
Duration: 6 months (may extend or convert to permanent hire)
Parking Cost: Reimbursable to candidate
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (7:30am-5:00pm ) Friday's (7:30am-12:30pm)
Start Date Availability: Must be available to interview & start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the Supply Chain Department (SCM).
- Duties may include word processing, reviewing/creating presentations, reporting in excel, filing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail.
- May work on special projects.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- 2-3 years minimum experience (Required)
- Must have excellent communications skills, soft skills, to be able to chat with both vendors and SVPs
- Must be knowledgeable with MS Office required - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
