Job Title: Building Construction Coordinator
Location: Adelanto, CA
Employment: Direct/ Long Term 
Project: Facility Building and Electrical Equipment 

Primary Function:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of facility building construction including House Utility Electrical Equipment, Support Systems, Switchgear and maintenance and office spaces. Ensuring adherence to specifications, schedule, and budget while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate work between various contractors on-site.
- Monitor subcontractor progress and assess adherence to requirements including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical
- Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Provide direction to subcontractors and enforce safety protocols.
- Review plans and specifications for compliance with codes.
- Assist subcontractors with scope development and issue resolution.
- Conduct site coordination meetings and provide progress updates.
- Ensure environmental and safety regulations are followed.
- Coordinate with the start-up team during commissioning.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project timelines.
- Manage project closeout process.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of building trades management experience.
- 10+ years of industrial building trades construction on large projects.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and safety protocols.
- Experience with project controls and subcontractor management.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with building codes and permits.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Legally able to work in the United States.

Compensation/ Benefits:
-Salary: $150k-165k
