Customer Service Representative - Contract to Hire Opportunity

Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
Responsibilities:
- Input purchase orders into company system for both domestic and internal customers
- Responsible for scheduling the shipment of completed orders from warehouse
- Create invoices for shipped products
- Interacts with customers via telephone or email to provide support and information on an assigned product or service
- Ensure that the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions
- Assist in reconciling invoices and sales in company system
- Continue knowledge of company product, production and service to answer inquiries and customer support
- Performs other related duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Local candidates ONLY
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
