Job Description 
o    Assemble Process Safety Information, including P&IDs, Equipment Design Data, and Process Parameters needed for successful completion of Process Hazard Analyses (PHA).
o    Prepare and send out PHA correspondence to affected employees and Management personnel, including unit notifications, feedback requests, open forum comments, and personnel invites for meetings associated with PHAs.
o    Enter PHA audits and associated findings in to reporting system.  
o    Generate PHA binder once final report is received.
o    Generate and distribute various daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
o    Assist with internal audit preparation including assembling applicable information, running reports, generating binders for subject matter experts (SME), and scheduling conference rooms.
o    Assist with the review and revision of Process Safety Management (PSM) procedures.
o    Daily, weekly, monthly filing of various process safety reports and documents.

*    Environmental
o    Enter daily Environmental Waste Water compliance data and update UIC database
o    Assist in maintaining data required for the Environmental Waste Management Software system (GHD)
o    Generate and distribute various daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
o    Assist with internal audit preparation including assembling applicable information, running reports, generating binders for subject matter experts (SME), and scheduling conference rooms.
o    Daily, weekly, monthly filing of various environmental documents.

*    General
o    Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office and Excel.
o    Ability to learn new systems and computer platforms.
o    Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Ability to work with minimal instructions and pre-established guidelines and timetables to perform the functions of the job.
o    Ability to read and interpret company policies, regulatory guidelines, and other work-related documentation.
o    Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods.
o    Ability to accomplish work within required timelines, including short, long, and emergency timeframes.
o    Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure completion of tasks within stated time requirements.
