PTS is looking for an experienced Investment Analysis for our major client located in Houston, TX (Energy Corridor). This is a contract to permanent role (Contract for 3+), based on performance and company needs. Location: Houston, Texas
Pay Range: $40 - $42/hr. (Depending on Experience)
Duration: 3+ months (Contract to hire)
Schedule: Monday- Friday (work from home 2 days per week)
40 hours for week, sometimes more at financial month end (1st week of the month)

Responsibilities:
Potential to evolve into high-impact, high-visibility role within team at the center of the business.
* Responsible for reporting of various topics including safety results, reliability results and project start-ups across North America.
* Communicate regularly with capital project developers, establishing constructive relationships to understand impacts of project start-ups.
* Recognize information needed for effective decision-making, gather meaningful data and ask probing questions to ensure good business outcomes.
* Organize the project review committee.
* Manage collections of intercompany receivables.
* Submit journal entries for month end financial close.
* Provide detailed financial analysis of various topics on an ad-hoc basis.
* Develop monthly capital reporting to keep management informed of financial status and facilitate decision-making.
* Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team and collaborate with others (Accounting, Business Development, Capital Implementation, Operations).

Qualifications/ Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
* 3+ years' work experience in a financial or operational role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrate dedication to uncompromising accuracy in data management; attention to detail is essential.
* Ability to lead multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on monthly deliverables.
* Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google productivity suite (or MS products).
* Ability to function in a team environment with extensive flexibility and limited direct supervision; ambitious, engaged individuals will be successful in this role.
* Works safely; aligns with AL policies and procedures.
