Maintenance Coordinator 

Job Description:
* Support and comply with all safety, health, and environmental procedures.
* Support and comply with all process safety management practices and operate within the established quality systems, reporting any deficiency.
* Make suggestions to improve plant safety, efficiency and quality.
* Develop job plans for all work orders including required materials, resources, labor and estimated time to complete.
* Develop weekly maintenance schedule with Plant Manager.
* Develop and submit work plans and cost estimates for approval.
* Coordinate contractors and other service technicians to execute the maintenance work.
* Understands and assists in creating and managing the maintenance budget.
* Controls maintenance costs through quality plans, effective contractor management, proper materials purchases, scheduling, and effective maintenance execution.
* Signs contractor timesheets and ensures accuracy of expenses against agreements.
* Close out work orders and PO's in a timely manner.
* Enter work history into CMMS work orders prior to closure.
* Achieve 95% or greater compliance with the regular PM/PdM program and 100% EIS PM compliance each month.
* Ensure PM and PdM plans are updated as needed based on input from reliability engineering and history of findings.
* Ensure HSE, PM, and PDM work orders are given high priority for planning and execution.
* In partnership with the Maintenance Center, plan, manage and execute major maintenance activities or turnarounds.
* Report cost and progress during major maintenance activities.
* Complete major maintenance activities on schedule and budget.
* Provide feedback to improve the spare parts stocking at each plant.
* Ensure spare parts are inventoried in Maximo, adequately stocked, stored and replenished as needed whether they are stocked at the plant or the national warehouse.
* Identify corrective maintenance items and issue work requests.
* Work closely with contractors & monitor contractor work quality.
* Actively participate in RCAs.
* Maintain equipment maintenance files for each piece of equipment in the plant.
* Be familiar with Reliability Center & Corporate standards.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
* Prioritize work orders for online repairs and TARs.

Requirements:
* High School Diploma (2 year technical degree preferred).
* 5 yrs experience in plant maintenance activities.
* Knowledge of the use of a computerized maintenance management system.
* Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize work.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in proactive planning and scheduling of maintenance.
* Experience in troubleshooting plant maintenance problems.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, Microsoft Project, MAXIMO, Intelex, Oracle Purchasing, software.
* An understanding of the facility's process technology.
Physical Requirements
* Has full range of motion and ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Ability to work extended hours and shift work as business needs dictate.
* Ability to climb and ascend vertical ladders as required.
* Ability to enter and work in confined spaces. 

Compensation: Rate $36-$38 hourly DOE
