Job Title: Contract Administrative Support – Recruitment Assistance (Onsite)

Location: Hanover, Maryland
Start Date: Immediate


We are seeking a proactive and organized Contract Administrative Support professional to assist our team during a period of rapid headcount growth. This role will be onsite and focused on providing essential support to our recruitment and onboarding processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in applicants; distribute and collect job applications

  • Pull applications from Indeed and other job boards

  • Reach out to candidates to schedule interviews or request additional information

  • Track and follow up on background checks and onboarding requirements

  • Maintain applicant records and support general recruitment administration

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the HR/recruitment team as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or HR/recruitment support experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using online job boards (e.g., Indeed)

  • Positive, professional demeanor with a team-oriented approach
