Program Coordinator (Capital Projects)
We are looking for an experienced Program Coordinator for the Capital Projects and Construction group to support the day-to-day activities and grow within our clients' projects team. Project Location: Epes, Alabama
Duration: 6-10 months (may extend)
Assignment Type: Exempt (all hours paid as straight time)
Project Site Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts (all hours paid as straight time)
Responsibilities:
* Interface with document control management to support project needs.
* Manage onboarding work process for Construction
* Coordinate and manage ongoing projects, including creating presentations, performing data mining to support decision making, and editing standards and procedures.
* Liase with IT on behalf of Construction personnel with unresolved IT issues
* Manage the Project Actions Items List
* Travel to project sites or vendor location to coordinate and facilitate key meetings and workshops
* Maintain strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
* Adapt well to changing plans and priorities
* Maintain strict confidentiality standards
* Able to work a flexible schedule as business dictates
* Coordinate meetings with leadership and support groups
* Prepare, review, proofread, and copyedit documents such as letters, contracts, spreadsheets, memos, and PowerPoint presentations
* Collect Lessons Learned, track implementation of lessons learned into current projects
* Coordinate weekly Project Team attendance for design, procurement and construction meetings
* Manage and track expenses of construction related administrative costs.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required (i.e. typing, scheduling, conference calls, taking meeting minutes), engineering, procurement, and construction administration experience preferred
* Possess strong oral and written communication skills and exceptional computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
* Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
* Experience using office equipment (i.e. printer, copier, scanner, fax, laminator)
* Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, juggle multiple tasks with a project, and assume additional responsibilities over time.
* Ability to develop solid, trusted relationships.
* Demonstrates a positive customer service attitude.
* Adapts well to changing plans and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required (i.e. typing, scheduling, conference calls, taking meeting minutes), engineering, procurement, and construction administration experience preferred
