Project Manager - I&C and PLC experience
 
Responsible for schedule, budget and change orders.  Ability to develop scope of work for engineering contractors and understand/challenge scope provided by engineering contractors
 
Will oversee client employees as well as engineering firms providing services
  • Track and manage project engineering tasks.
  • Lead and provide input and direction to the project team in areas of concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
  • Provide oversight and direction for successful completion of project milestones.
  • Manage owner/contractor relationship with project engineering assuring that scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are approved where appropriate.
  • Ensure project conforms to all HSE compliance goals and continually reinforce compliance by all team members.
  • Assess risks of performance against the project goals (business goals, cost, schedule, operations and compliance) and mitigate the risks with clear ownership


PLC Project Manager:  PM who can take a holistic look at our PLC fleet and developing a program to upgrade obsolete equipment and make replacements. 
 
Project manager who can assess technical options available in the market and make business recommendations.  This person would also need to then manage all phases of our PLC projects from development, FEED through detailed engineering and construction. I am hoping to make a change early next year so please let me know if you have or know of a project manager resource who could fit this need. 
 
Depending on the workload and the skill set of the individual would ideally like to combine this role with our Analyzer PM in the future who currently managers a program of Independent High Level Alarm projects on tanks and spheres as well as some small analyzer jobs as they come up.
 
Must have expertise with PLC's and Analyzer's.  
Experience/expertise with PLC's  in refinery/heavy industrial/engineering environment
Project Management experience
