JOB TITLE: Payment Services Analyst 


Start: ASAP - Contract to Direct.

Location: Brentwood, TN office (HQ)

Pay Rate: Based on candidates qualifications & background. 

Schedule: Mon-Fri - Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.


JOB OVERVIEW: 

  • Researching and resolving payment card processing issues with vendors
  • On boarding customers
  • Supports wholesale store network on credit card processes and reconciliation questions
  • Creates financial forecasts, weekly performance metrics, and transactional reporting
  • Builds fee structure analysis, modeling, and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Researches and resolves chargeback disputes for the store network

  • Maintain relationships with both vendors and customers
  • Present payments-related data to key distributors ad hoc
  • Researches and resolves chargeback disputes for the store network


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) - preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Analyst related degrees. 
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience (Required)
  • No Licensure or Certification Required.
  • Payments experience is highly preferred. 
  • Industry experience: oil/gas or petrochemical is preferred, (any kind of experience related to gas pumps is highly preferred). 
  • Willing to wear multiple hats, multitask, and work within a fast paced environment is required.

  • Create and maintain credit card reports, perform trend analysis and ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Maintain Marketing analytics and metrics.
  • Creating and setting fee structures.
  • Provide ROI analysis as needed on Marketing Programs
  • Develop recommendations to fee structures and processing based on ROI analysis
  • Develops reports for Senior leadership meetings
