Trade Support Consultant
The trade support analyst is primarily responsible to deliver a catalogue of services including timely and accurate system issue resolution, system training and testing, leadership for system fixes and enhancements in a way that maintains compliance with Phillips 66 policies and values. This position is also responsible for the definition and execution of business improvement projects. Leads various initiatives to build and improve consistency in work processes and functions with global alignment. Proactively manages a diverse group of tasks with multiple timelines, stages, and stakeholders.

Pay Range: $60.00-$74.00 per hour
Duration: Contract for 1 year (may extend beyond)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Providing transactional and system support that includes answering how-to questions related to deal entry, scheduling, and transactional valuation activities, solving business and system issues that originate from mid or back-office functions
* Leading the creation of solutions that arise with the introduction of new or existing business that require end-to-end solutions. Act as the liaison between front and back office
* Providing change management for system and process changes and creation and execution of a system training plan for users
* Providing testing of large system releases, individual bug fixes and small projects, creating and executing testing plans for cross-functional scenarios
* Providing business requirements for tactical system /business improvements and bug fixes for initiation into the IT support function
* Leading development and implementation of tactical business improvement projects
* Execute system training for new users front and back office
* Develop and maintain key training materials/user guides with annual updates and creating documentation to transact specific business scenarios in the SharePoint site
* Engage IT HVC support for break fixes and enhancements
* Capture issue resolution results daily in a computerized database
* Participate in business improvement projects as a subject matter expert
* Engage front and back-office stakeholders to drive improvements resulting in time savings and transactional accuracy
Critical Skills
* 5-10 years of experience
* Orientation to service and meeting customer's needs
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Working knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas trading
* Working knowledge and experience in the entire life cycle of a trade and integration with back office. Previous scheduling experience, a plus.
* Exceptional problem solving and proven analytical skills as well as attention to detail
* Ability to provide creative solutions to complex issues
* Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work
* Demonstrated ability to work independently to manage multiple projects / tasks
* Able to effectively collaborate with business to ensure alignment of business solutions
